Zarda King Shipping Policy
We are always looking at every process possible that will enable us to continue our product and pricing excellence to you at Zarda King.

We use UPS and Roadrunner/Dawes to deliver packages to our customers. The delivery method used will depend on the items being shipped and the method which is the best value for our customer.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are determined according to the weight of the items ordered. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of the order. At checkout you can choose the delivery option best for you.

SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic orders are generally packaged and shipped within 24 hours.  New Customers can expect to receive orders COD with a Money Order or Cashiers Check due on receipt.   International Orders are packaged and shipped upon verification of credit card usually within three business days.  Orders placed with money order as payment option are packaged and shipped upon receipt of payment.

  •  Each shipment is automatically insured for up to $100 at absolutely no cost to the customer. Each additional $100 is $0.35 extra.

DAMAGES
  •  If your order arrives with merchandise that is damaged, please hold on to all original packaging and contents, and contact Zarda King at 1.708.755.1007 asap and no later than 3 business days from the date of confirmed delivery.
  • All damage claims must be reported within 3 business days from confirmed delivery to insure that your claim may be processed and approved with the shipping carrier.
  • Reporting damages more than 3 business days from confirmed delivery may result in your claim being denied by the carrier
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Incomplete, Incorrect, or Defective

  •  If your order arrives with merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact Hookah1 at 1-708-441-4498 within 3 business days of confirmed delivery of your merchandise.
  • Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, so that your claim may be processed and approved in a timely manner.
  • Zarda King wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us and then return the items you do not want in a unused and original condition within 30 days of confirmed delivery of your package. We will then refund the purchase price or exchange the item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fee will be charged if merchandise is returned in original, undamaged, and unused condition.
  • Merchandise that is returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, or missing parts will be charged a 10% restocking fee of the full purchase price.
  • Merchandise that has been used and is found not to be defective or damaged or merchandise that has been opened and deemed disposable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Merchandise should be returned via a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Return packages will be processed within 3 business days and customer will be contacted.
Refusals and Non-Deliverables
  • Customer is responsible for any customs and duties that are applicable to the order. These are processed and calculated by the customs brokerage upon entrance into any country other than the USA.
  • The charges are payable upon delivery.  Refusal of these charges will result in the package being returned to Zarda King all such charges will be billed to the customer.
  • Incorrect addresses may also result in return packages.
  • If customer decides to have the package reshipped applicable shipping charges will be billed again.
